Our School Has Won Multiple Honors at the Student and Counselor Commendation Conference For the 2023-2024 Academic Year

On February 26th, the 2023-2024 Student and Counselor Commendation Conference was held at the Yingdong Academic Hall. Zhang Yanyun, Associate Secretary of the School Party Committee, and relevant responsible comrades from the Party Committee Organization Department, Academic Affairs Department, Party Committee Student Work Department, and School Youth League Committee attended the conference.

The conference announced the recognition decisions and winners of various awards. In the awards competition for advanced teacher collectives and individuals, BNUBS was awarded the titles of "Advanced Collective in Student Work" and "Red Flag Youth League Committee" for the 2023-2024 academic year. Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee of our School, won the "Exemplary Individual in Student Work" and "Exemplary Individual in Recruitment Work" in the 2023-2024 academic year, Chang Xinyang, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of our School, won the "Excellent Secretary of Youth League Committee", Gao Jingjing won the "Excellent Contact Person in Recruitment Work", and 11 teachers, Wang Wei, Wang Xue, Wang Lulu, Kong Haiyang, Zhu Mengbing, Li Ran, Zhang Huili, Zhang Huilin, Chen Chaofan, Gong Shiyang and Kang Haoran, won the "Excellent Counselors".

In the evaluation of advanced collective and individual awards for students, the Graduate Party Branch of BNUBS was awarded two honors: the third batch of "100 Model Party Branches for Graduate Students" and the first prize of the Beijing Pioneer Party Branch. Guo Jincheng was awarded the "Top Ten College Students", Lin Wenmin and Lian Manxi were nominated for the "Self Strengthening Star Award" and the "Self Strengthening Star Popularity Award", and Hu Xinyue and Huang Rui were awarded the "Top Ten Edelweiss Ambassadors".

In the future, the faculty of BNUBS will continue to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the strategic deployment of the 14th Party Congress of the university. With the "First-class universities and disciplines of the world" construction as the guide, we will focus on the paradigm change of talent cultivation in management in the new era, continuously deepen the five education system, and continue to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talent.
